List of Programs available for non commercial stations by means other than satellite We present the efforts of Randall Davidson to compile a list of programs available to non commercial stations by means other than satellite. Randall is to be commended for the effort expended to not only create this list, but to maintain it as well! He has been doing this for years! Now that is dedication! For TV program sources, including satellite delivery, see the CBI resource. Here is the introduction Randall sent via email... I make no claim as to the quality or content of the programs on the list. Feel free to forward the list to others who may be interested. Please let me know if you are carrying or producing a program I could add, or if you spot any errors on the lists. The requirements are that program be on-going, be legal for non-commercial broadcast in the U.S. (i.e, they cannot contain commercials and underwriting must conform to FCC standards), and be available somehow to stations that do not have satellite equipment. I also have information available separately on non-NPR satellite services for non-commercial stations and news "wire" services other than the easy- to-find AP. Send me an e-mail and I'll send those your way. (davidson@wpr.org) Thanks.
